- The Congregation of Prabhudasi Sisters of Ajmer founded on 24th May 1906 at Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
- In 1908 the first batch of Prabhudasi Sisters made their first Religious Vows.
- In 1909, twelve girls joined the Congregation; with the permission of the Holy See, and started to live as a community.
- In 1910 the first Prabhudasi Sister died of T.B.
- In 1910 Prabhudasi Ashram Thandla, the first branch house opened.
- In 1911 the Prabhudasi Sisters were separated from SMA Congregation.
- In 1916 Mother Mary Fortunat was appointed as the first Superior General.
- In 1916 the Mother house & novitiate were shifted to Thandla from Ajmer.
- In 1920 Prabhudasi Sisters were attacked by another fatal disease ‘pellagra’.
- In 1922 the Founder gave them the first part of their official Constitution.
- In 1930 the death of their Founder Rt. Rev. Fortunatus Henry Caumont.
- On 15th August 1931 the Prabhudasi Sisters celebrated their Silver Jubilee at Mother house in Thandla.
- In 1931 first vocation from south part of India (Kerala).
- In 1936 first three Prabhudasi sisters sent for nursing training.
- In 1944 Mother House Christ Raja Ashram at Madar Ajmer was blessed by Rt. Rev. Guido and PSA Generalate & Novitiate shifted to Ajmer.
- First General Chapter of the Institute was held from 16th October 1953.
- In 1953 Sr. Imelda was elected as the first Indian Superior General.
- On 14th October 1956 the Golden Jubilee of the Institute was celebrated at Mother house Ajmer.
- In 1960 second General Chapter and Rev. Sr. Perpetua was elected Superior General of the Institute.
- In 1962 the Institute was affiliated to the great Franciscan Family.
- In 1965 third General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Perpetua re-elected the Superior General.
- In 1968 sister’ dress changed into religious habit.
- In 1972 the fourth General Chapter and Rev. Sr. Lucian was elected the Superior General of the Institute.
- In 1976 the Institute was registered thereafter the Congregation was called “The Society of Prabhudasi Sisters Ajmer.”
- In 1978 the fifth General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Lucian was re-elected the Superior General.
- In 1981 the Institute celebrated its Diamond Jubilee.
- In 1984 the sixth General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Ancilla was elected the Superior General.
- In 1984 the Institute got the permission for final profession from Rome.
- In 1987 the constitutions and directory were revised.
- In 1990 the seventh General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Ancilla was re- elected the Superior General.
- In 1996 the eighth General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Martina was elected the Superior General.
- In 1999 the Institute was raised to Pontifical Right.
- On 22nd June 1999 the Udaipur region was erected.
- On 12th July 2000, the Ajmer region was erected.
- In 2002 the ninth General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Nirmala was elected the Superior General.
- In 2004 changes in dress code to habit/sari and rosary replaced with crucifix and chain.
- In 2004 division of the Congregation into two Provinces Udaipur Province and Jaipur Province.
- In 2005 first Provincial chapter and erection of Jaipur & Udaipur Province. Rev. Sr. Maris was elected the Provincial Superior of Jaipur Province and Rev. Sr. Divya was elected the Provincial Superior of Udaipur Province.
- In 2006 the Institute completed 100 years of its service and celebrated it at Ajmer.
- In 2008 the tenth General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Nancy was elected the Superior General.
- In 2013 the 11th General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Divya was elected the Superior General.
- In 2019 the 12th General Chapter of the Institute and Rev. Sr. Joicy was elected the Superior General.
- In 2020 the Mother House was reconstructed.
